I really don't think these guys gave me a brand new 8320. The packaging is not brand new and the unit seemed use. I tried appealing to Ron but he just said that it's in their SOP to test units. Test units meaning use phones for a month with the saved messages still on it? I really don't know if this company is really selling brand new units to different companies and politicians as they claimed to be. Well, maybe they really do sell brand new phones. Probably i'm just an unfortunate buyer who was given a used one thus not getting her money's worth.
Good thing though that the phone is working well. --that's my only consolation. great.
